Delish and non-GMO
I use them in my 3 bean salad. After reading the reviews I was somewhat of a skeptic that they might not soften but in less than 12 hours in the vinegar with the other beans they were soft enough to enjoy in my salad. Taste,really good and low calorie side dish. I am very glad they are non-GMO.

Yupik is my go-to for everything dried organic. Very HIGH QUALITY. Great tasting and clean, power washed beans. Fresh and the best! Love the EBT access! Saves money! This is a GREAT company! I always look for their products!

I bought these to maybe up the "fancy" on a meal to use Kidney beans with andouille sausage and rice for a "Red Beans & Rice" recipe. I am thrilled that the package has no holes or air-leaks since I assume, like potato-chips, the package was flushed with nitrogen to keep oxygen (in the air) out. AND THE DUE-DATE: The beans arrived 1/30/23 and on the package they say "LOT: 22 326/TIME: 14:21 BB/ :2024 No 22(L2)" Which I interpret the "best buy" part as 11/22/24, which is ~1.5 years from now.......that is a good off-into-the-future 'best by' date I would guess. The "LOT" part I can't read without further research, which I won't bother doing. If someone can educate me, please do!

I'm picky about the brands I trust for bulk beans, since some can grow mold and harbor moth larvae. I'll be buying from this brand again. They are 100% dry, so no moisture/mold issues and these beans look so big and vibrant!
