Great everyday pan! 🍳
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this pan almost every day for the past five months, and it has been fantastic! I mainly use it to cook three eggs every day for my three dogs, and it heats evenly every single time. The tri-ply construction really makes a difference, no hot spots, and the handle stays cool enough to grab without worry. The weight is not too heavy and the handle is comfortable in your hands.Cleanup is super easy. In five months, I’ve only had to give it a full scrub once due to butter buildup. A little water and Bar Keepers Friend had it looking brand new again. It’s also dishwasher safe, but honestly, a quick rinse and wipe is usually all it needs. One tip: to prevent food from sticking, splash a bit of water on the pan as it heats. If the water beads, it’s ready to cook, if it evaporates instantly, let it warm up a bit longer. Since figuring that out, I haven’t had issues with sticking. The lid is sturdy and fits perfectly, and I love that the pan has spouts on both sides for easy pouring. Overall, this is a high-quality, durable pan that looks as good as it cooks. Definitely worth 5 stars! Definitely worth the money.

Excellent quality and thoughtful design.
Bought it to transition from nonstick to stainless steel.Use no higher than medium heat and it won't stick.Soaking makes washing very easy.

Solid built / weak heat distribution
UPDATE (7/26)I reached out to the company and they are sending me a new product once it’s in stock - so I’m upping my rating to 4 stars from the previous 3. Hopefully the new one will work great - will have an update. After doing a lot of research, I went with this pan, as it got great reviews and seemed to be just what I was looking for. The pan is solidly built and well made - you can tell that for sure. It's extremely easy to clean and the handle stays cool. The biggest problem is the heat distribution - it doesn't seem to do it at all - keeping it's focus straight on what part is over the burner. I have to pay a lot more attention right now to what I'm cooking, as the part that is over the burner will quickly burn, while everything around it won't really cook. Here's a good example for the heat distribution too: several times when I have cooked stocks in other pans, they've reduced at pretty normal times. This pan seems to take much, much longer, which I attribute to heat distribution. Again, solidly built, but if you're getting this pan, I would hope you have a large enough heat source to cover the entire base, as the heat distribution is average at best.

Avacraft 10 in Tri-Ply Frying Pan
I have the 10 in-8 in and quart and a half. Seasoned them with coconut oil and they are really nice. I have a flat top electric range but am going to switch to induction at some point. The main thing is to not set heat too high. I set at low and they work great with very little sticking. I am disappointed that they are made in CHINA. Would buy again however. They are very good to look at.

Spend your money elsewhere.
I’m pretty disappointed with this product, even more so because I wanted to love it. It sounds great on paper but in reality: everything sticks to it, the bottom is curved so the cook is uneven, w only the center really getting the desired temperature. It’s not a cheap product and I wish I had returned it as soon as I received it and realized the bottom could be a problem but I decided to give it a chance. I would not recommend it, as sad as it is.

My cooking has leveled up. Exactly what I was looking for
Just got it and tried it out. This is my first stainless steel pan. I was searching forever for a stainless pan with a lid that would simply work as intended. Fyi I got the full-body, 12-inch; Can't comment on other models.Features i like: Wide, flat, level bottom gives the feeling of a much larger cooking surface. The high walls, lid and pour spout allow you to deglaze, drain, or cook large volumes of food without worry. The pan's handle is smooth, ergonomic and easy to use, which is crucial for draining without a grip on the other side.Features I don't like: The handle on the glass lid is a little bit small and the grip is awkwardly shaped making it hard to manipulate in my opinion, but it's not impossible to use. Pretty insignificant, no docked stars for this.I'm a novice, and the first thing I wanted to do was test both my cooking skills and the pan by cooking the hardest thing I had within reach. I thawed a thin frozen tilapia fillet to sear with just a little olive oil. First i heated the pan on low until water ball stage, then I added the olive oil, then the fish. Like I said I'm a novice, and I don't have a fish spatula either, but I managed to flip and plate it in a couple pieces. Not good presentation, but the taste reminded me why I wanted stainless steel in the first place. Can't get a genuine sear like that with nonstick. It will take me a long time to master, but I feel like I've graduated to the next level of my cooking and this pan will be with me the whole way. Will update if I run into any issues.
