The main reason i ordered this particular product was the great price and the fact it was 1296P resolution. I received the product at the start of the week quite promptly from ordering and fitted it pretty much the next day. The instruction manual showed a diagram of fitting which i followed and for me the cable could have been a tiny bit longer but that had a lot to do with the fact my 12v outlet is in my centre arm rest so for most people it should be fine. It sits nicely next to my rear view mirror and set up is quite simple. The quality of picture on screen is excellent and very clear. The still images and video images are very good and show number plates very clearly. One extra feature not mentioned is it can be used as a webcam when plugged into your PC. The main negative points i have are the instruction manual is a bit confusing to follow and doesn't show/tell you all the features of the device. A design feature which i would consider changing is the scroll buttons are on the one side and the OK button on the other, maybe putting the OK button in the centre of the scrolls may be better and stop you accidentally pressing the menu button instead which is in between, Overall a great budget dash cam which does its job very well and thats all i wanted really! Would recommend.

Was a little sceptical about this as it is boasting features that they more expensive cams have but at only £20 but i bought one anyway... It arrived well packed and it feels very well built - it was a nice surprise as i thought it was going to be plastic but its a metal housing for the cam. Got it set up in 5 minutes - the cam formats the micro SD card and you just need to set the date & time. I set mine to 60hz refresh rate and full 2K resolution. and mounted it behind the rear view mirror. It took all of 2 minutes to push the power cable behind the seal all the way down the the cig lighter and when i turned on the car it came on. I have mine set to auto rotate the pics at 3 min intervals - so i one for a 15 minute drive. When i got back i was really happy with the movies... they record in 500MB files and i have a few of them, each 3 mins long. When pausing the number plates look really clear as do the road signs. The movie is really smooth so I'm very happy.. so happy in fact that im buying 3 more for my other cars! Maybe ill start a youtube for name & shame :)

Not the best device.The image is really bad if the sun is up.Tryed with HDR on and exposure white balance and all settings.The 2k image quality was a seller point for me but I don't see it that much over 1080p now.

What I liked about it has night vision and it stops recording when you park up saving space on your SD card and as I have it on my rear window I don't have any messing around opening the Boot to plug it in because once you start moving again it starts recording.

After some problems I had with a crash in the past I wanted to keep myself safer recording my trips. As I searched on amazon, DuDuBell dash cam seemed the best deal between price and quality. The camera just out of the shipping pack looks compact and solid, the camera holder is easy to put in place and really steady. The recording quality is a step more than needed for legal purposes, on day light you can get a marvellous view of the surroundings and the 1296p video quality allows you to see all the details. The night quality is good enough to catch clearly the number plates and in presence of street light the video quality is comparable to the day light standard. Furthermore the menu is very simple and intuitive, it’s easy to scroll over the videos taken and to go through the main settings. A must have in today’s concrete jungle

This item arrived when I was away! I just opened the box today & realised the on button is broken. Can't switch it on without a functioning start button. I just notice my return policy is closed. I am really not happy about this purchase. Waste of money. I hope the seller will do something about it.

Item arrived well packaged via next day delivery thanks to my Amazon Prime account. After recently purchasing a new car I was keen to install a dash cam to capture any accidents or damage that might occur to the vehicle. This camera comes compete with a charging cable and sucker attachment to secure to the cars interior. It does not come with a SD card which must be purchased separately but these can be picked up fairly cheap from a number of outlets. The camera is a scent size but not too bulky to impinge on my vision when driving (I have attached via the rear view mirror) also the cable is such a good size that it has allowed me to secure it around the interior of the car leaving me with no loose hanging wires. The quality of this camera is brilliant , especially its "night vision" and a massive bonus is that it automatically stars recording when any movement around the car is detected , this is ideal for when parked at the roadside / public car park. I cannot recommend this product enough and we are so pleased we are now purchasing another for our second car!

Unfortunately this dashcam is let down by the quality of it's video. When pausing video files to check number plates of oncoming vehicles they are fuzzy and unreadable ( in both 1296p and 1080p ). This happens at most speeds above 10mph. Either the frame rate is too low or the lens isn't sharp enough. I did remove the plastic lens cover in case anyone was wondering! It's all well and good having extra options like HDR, Parking Monitor etc but they're not worth having if the video isn't good enough. My old dashcam is a a Transcend drivepro 200 and it's over three years old but it's video is sharper due to a better lens.

I was actually surprised how well this thing is made and how economical it is I bought a couple of them for the price and I compared it to some other really high-dollar dashcams and for the price she's really can't beat it one thing I would recommend is to buy a high endurance type micro SD card because it recorded over and over and over, and if you have a cheats 99 cent card in there you'll probably have some dropouts but so far it's working great

Metal housing, well built, quality performer. Great product. Happy with DuDuBell even though they have a crazy sounding name....memorable, but craaazy! Love the product.
