The front of the box states 1lb. but next to that it says 10.5 oz. Isn't one pound was equal to 16 ounces? What is the correct weight?

It actually says one pound and 10.5 ounces. So it is 750 grams!

It is one box of sugar cubes. But my last order was for 2 boxes, which came packaged together.

How many cubes in a box, approximately?

There are about 160, give or take. I actually weighed 25 of them on a precision scale, took the average, and did the math.

How long will an opened container stay fresh?

They seem to last forever. I had an opened one that I forgot about and found a year or so later. It was perfect. They are really just sugar cubes so they don't go bad. I do keep mine in a container on the counter since I use them so often but the box would work just as well.
