I wanted to purchase see through canisters for a spice mix that I wanted to leave on my counter because I use it often. I’m so pleased I chose these glass containers - I looked at many! The glass is thick and sturdy. The lid is wooden and just lovely. It has gripper around the inside of it so it fits into the jar well and keeps the contents air tight. I got 3 in my order and used the other 2 for other small items like leftover marshmelllows and nuts. I’m so pleased I’m ordering more in larger sizes.

I use this to store ground coffee, and it does the job very well.

There is nothing to dislike about the jar.I decided to return to using a regulator drip coffeemaker .. the k-cups are too expensive.So I needed a smallish type jar for the coffee .And I needed a smallish kind due to lack of counter space. The wooden top seals nicely, coffee stays fresh. I have no complaints. The simple design is kind of classy in its simplicity. I think I’ll probably buy more in assorted sizes.Oh… and they are easy to wash .I recommend this jar for anything you want to keep something fresh.

I purchased these so that I could have my sourdough starter in a jar that has a wide opening and can hold enough for four loaves (approx 400g). I used one for that purpose and the others for coffee beans and rice. It like that the opening is wide and the sides are straight. The wood lid has a snug fit thanks to the rubber piece around it.The jar for my starter was great until I washed it the 2nd or third time. I put it in my sink to soak and when my son was doing dishes he said it had a small hole right at the bottom of the sides. It might have been him being rough with it but it was probably a flaw in the glass. I will buy another set and hope it was just a defect in the one jar.

I used this to store coffee in the 'coffee bar' setup our home stager wanted us to have. It's really cute and is perfect size!

The seal broke on one of the lids the first time I opened it right out of the box. A few days later, one of the jars cracked just while putting the lid on. These are garbage. Don't buy. Their customer service is unresponsive to handle issues.
