It's NOT rocket science.
I ordered this item (MK K863 3-Gang 25 mm Metal Box), as it says 25mm, that means a depth of 25mm.I was sent one 35mm deep.I sent it back explaining the problem and told them to check their labelling which was wrong, as it was labelled as a 25mm one. wrong size
i ordered this item on the pretext that these back boxes were 25mm but as with the other review were sent 35mm,it was clearly advertised and still is as 25mm,for an electrical retailer this was a bad error and doesnt fill me with confidence to order any other item,seems to be a common mistake,35mm back boxes are 10 a penny and can be bought anywhere thats why i searched and ordered online

They are still sending out a 35mm deep back box advertised and labelled as 25mm. Need to sort this out so as not to waste people's time.
