it will keep the neighbors out, one at the top and near the bottom
my place got broken into this past year. had padlock on the inside and they just pried it right off. So i picked this up (already have on on the inside of the front door. anyways they got me pretty good and the landowner just smiled and looked away and ended the conversation. BUY a Couple of these for top and near the bottom and it will surely slow them down

Just remember it’s under $5. They give you bolts to fasten the main body then give you screws to fasten the catch loop. Anyone can unscrew two small screws and get right in. Should have all bolts no screws.

High Quality Product
Honestly, I was just looking for a cheap lock to secure my yard's gate so my dog didn't get out, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot. But when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. This product is nice and sturdy and has some extremely long bolts to it. I really like it.

Good fences make good neighbors, and a good latch makes for a good night's sleep
Sturdy and easy to install. The six foot fence that stays shut is actually some deterrence to entering the yard. At least now, they'd have to climb!
