This is a big, solid personal protective safe that is easy to move around and carry. The keys included allow the safe to be opened easily and quickly. Without testing it completely for the fire and water safety characteristics I still believe fully that it will protect any valuables inside and it will serve my purposes very effectively. It was delivered on time and boxed and packed accordingly. It is a really good size and is able to hold a good bit of material

Great storage box and is a lot heavier than I expected. It seems very well constructed of heavy duty plastic and will hold several items. I originally bought to keep passports, birth certificates and other important papers in and keep them safe. The handle on the storage box makes it easy to just grab it and go in an emergency. The lock is adequate for the money and size. I hope to never find out about it being fireproof but trust the company name. Works great for us.

It's about 3 inches deeper than the same-brand one it replaced, and at least twice as heavy. If heavy is good, this safe is great. It's actually uncomfortable to carry, the handle needs padding. The inside is only a little larger than the old one, so more insulation. The main reason I replaced the old one is that it had no waterproof gasket.

The lock feels flimsy. Otherwise looks good and sturdy.

This thing is built like a beast and I have no doubt that it could survive a house fire... and maybe even a nuclear blast as well. lol Build quality: 5 Stars When they delivered this thing to my house, I thought it was a small end table that I had ordered around the same time because it was VERY heavy when I brought the box inside. I thought, no way could this be the "small" safe I ordered, which looked almost like a small briefcase in the online photos. To my surprise, when I opened it up, I saw a safe box that looked like something you'd probably carry gold or silver bars in. Extremely well protected and well built. Locking system: 5 stars It uses a circular "tubular" key and lock and feels very sturdy and well built. If somebody really wanted to break into this thing, I'm 100% certain they could do it with enough time and force... but this is purposefully built to protect the contents from the harsh elements (fire, waters, heat, etc...), not necessarily to stop James Bond from capturing its contents inside -- so beware of its proper use case. This needs to be hidden and secured in an area that is difficult to locate in a burglary, since it can simply be "walked off" with, if not brute forced at the scene. Longevity / Long Lasting Quality: To Be Determined I've only had it for a short period, but considering that it will be stored away in a relatively calm environment, I doubt it will have any issues in its lifetime. Overall Value: 5 Stars I purchased this safe for less than $60, and I think the value compares to others 1.5 to 2x its price. If you can pick it up on sale, it's a no brainer. Even at full price, I'd consider purchasing this one again.

A million times worth the money. I can’t remember when we bought our original safe, we have had it for years. We had an electric fire take our home on our 11 year anniversary this past fall while we weren’t home (thank God) and lost everything. We religiously kept our important documents and a few small keepsakes in this safe. Everything in there was completely UNTOUCHED. Having that made one huge less thing we have had to do, replacing important items for a family of 5 would’ve been such a headache. The bulkiness of the safe is SO worth it. We immediately replaced and talked anyone around us into getting one if they didn’t already have one.
