The easiest sleeping bag I've ever used for camping
Me: 5' 11", 260 lbs, 57" around the outside of the shoulders lying down, 42" around the waist lying down.Bag: size: Regular; fit: roomy enough to be comfortable. Most sleeping bags run about 10-15 degrees off from their stated rating, due to the fact that I don't like to wear long pants or shirts of any kind when I sleep. This bag says it's rated to 35, and I was in it at 37 F the first night this past weekend (Oct 19-21, 2018), in a tent, on an air pad, and I was just on the edge of warm enough to sleep comfortably. The second night, in 31F, with 20+ mph winds blowing under my rain fly and into my tent sucking all the heat out of the tent, I was just on the other side of the line, so I broke down and threw on some sweatpants and a sweatshirt, and a fleece hat, and was once again warm enough to sleep comfortably. The bottom of the bag was easy to wrap around my shoulders, and the quilted top was easy to tuck in to prevent cold air drafts. This bag is significantly more comfortable around the shoulders than a traditional sleeping bag.I'm not sure if it will be warm enough for the real winter campouts in January and February, but it's not really designed as a 4-season bag, so I'll just get the warmer model for that.

Stop reading and order this one!
This is the craziest most wonderful sleeping bag I have ever slept in. Soft fabrics, perfect thickness, and as cozy as can be. When I’m sleeping in our freezing cold ski lodge, I just add a throw-sized blanket under the flap and it’s absolutely perfect. I can hardly wait for Sierra Designs to come up with a backpacking version. Oh! And the pocket that holds the sleeping pad in place even allows for my extra wide pad. You will love this sleeping bag!

Best car Camping sleeping bag ever!
This is the absolute best car Camping sleeping bag on the planet! It is so versatile and feels exactly like sleeping in the most comfortable bed sheets. I used to think that Nemo equipment made the most comfortable sleeping bags, but then I discovered Sierra Designs zipperless sleeping bags. I am absolutely sold on these and think they are outstandingly comfortable. I hope this company never stops making them.

Great lightweight bag
As a larger man who is a side sleeper and cannot sleep in a mummy bag, this is a great bag design. None of the usual back drafts present in traditional bags, and the foot escape is great for those that need cool feet to sleep. The biggest down side is it is not very warm even in 40-50* temperatures.

Worth every cent!
This sleeping bag is amazing. The materials are extremely comfortable and breath well. I have used it a few times now and everytime the humidity has been in the 80% region at least one night and I have never felt damp. Of course this is a 3 season bag and as such you shouldn't expect a heavy heat but it will certainly keep you warm down into the 40s.

A sleeping bag with options
I bought the Regular size to use when camping solo in my teardrop camper. It feels like a real bed but without the fuss. It's a brilliant design that enables you to sleep naturally and not feel confined. You can have your hands and feet tucked in or out, the comforter snug around you or pushed down, the hood can keep your pillow in place with or without your head inside. If you're using a pad the sleeve underneath can stop it from escaping. There are no zippers to get caught. It's VERY snuggly and luxurious feeling. My camper is not heated and this bag is rated 35 degrees, which means that it needs a bit of help when the nights get chilly. Weight is not a concern in a car camping bag, and I don't mind adding a lightweight blanket. If Sierra Designs ever decided to make a 0 degree version I'd buy it.

great design!
Got this for my husband and I for summer car-camping trips. It is great all around. I love the design without a zipper! We camped jus tthe other night at elevation when it was about 47deg at night. I just had on shorts and a tshirt and I was cold, but my husband was not. If i had pants and socks im sure it would still be warm enough. Great product, especially to see if a double will work for you since it isnt a huge investment like some other brands. So much more comfortable than a mummy bag for those casual, warm camping trips.

Toxic and hard to get into, pad holder on back stops you from sitting up
I have some stiff joint issues and cannot crawl down into this bag. When it said zipperless that sounded good-- no scratchy zipper line-- but a review talked about buttons, so I thought that was how it opened. It isn't. It doesn't open on the side. It is too tight around the knees when in it, and, again, getting into it is hard for me.The buttons someone mentioned are actually on the back, to allow for adjusting the size of the sleeping pad cover. When opened fully it was still a struggle to get my 2 inch thick, 26 inch wide Exped pad in there (very tight). And the cover only covers from about the buttocks to the top of bag; it would be better if the middle third was attached to the pad because when you try to sit up the whole back of the sleeping bag stays on the ground -- not cozy. And the main deal breaker, it has an acrid odor and in the 6 minutes it took me to figure out the above my eyes began to burn, my glands started to swell, I am sneezing and coughing, and my head is pounding as I type this (I am on hold on phone with Amazon to get help with the return.) I really wanted to like this bag, but no go. It gets two points for the wide hood area, thats it.<Edit> Ok, i went looking for washing instructions in tbe large 3 card tag that was in the box after I packed up the bag for return. Never found cleaning directions (maybe they are on the tags attached to foot of bag, but it is in the box and going back) but I did find where it says "WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm w w w. P65warnings. ca. gov".
