Seems to work for me. In my early 70s finding more problems with "fuzzy" brain and "senior" moments. Don't know how much of the improvement I am seeing is due to this supplement versus a placebo effect, but I definitely feel improvement in memory and brain fog.

This product works! I can feel the improvement in mental sharpness and clarity when I take it regularly and cut out the benzos.

I definitely felt more alert and clear when taking this supplement, unfortunately it caused me a bit of insomnia while I was taking it.

Wow, finally something that works! I'm 60+ and have noticed a improvement in 3 area's. (1) no more "scatter brain". My ability to concentrate has improved. For instance, Completing task without distraction. (2) my self confidence has improved in public places because I remember to smile a little more often. And (Three) my memory has greatly improved. For instance, people's names! Shopping list left at home yet remembered when in the store. If something doesn't work out I move on without dwelling on it. A huge improvement on house hold chores. Not triple checking my pants pocket for the front door keys before leaving the house. I've also noticed an improvement in my ability to "compartment-mentalize things I used to worry about. I've tried a number of different products and this is the only one that has (for me) noticeable results.

I ordered this for my sister, who was having terrible memory and verbal problems. It turned out she was in early stage of dementia and the pills were of no help. They might help people with normal memory issues.

I buy this for my grandma who's 84 at the moment, and has been having some trouble with memory. This would be her 7th or so bottle, and just a few days ago, she told me she has noticed improvement on her memory.
