Only 1 criticism I took on advise from previous reviews medium would be big enough for average noise that's not exactly true large are ample but medium will be ok for the tiniest of noses

horrible product. Do not waste your money buying these. I went for a cheaper option to see if they worked. Completed the instructions. Within 30 minutes my nose was itching and then the edges were digging into me. Even after taking off and checking in the morning my face was marked and red where these had been. Puts me off trying any others. The snoring doesn't bother me lol, the other half will have to wear earplugs lol

These are comfortable to wear but come loose, especially in a warmer climate.

These stay on my nose for about an hour, I'm always waking up with one side flapping off my face so may as well not bother with them. When I tried to replace them each time I woke up, I used 5 strips in one night!

I bought these as a cheaper alternative to the branded ones. It was a mistake. I can’t them to stick at all. I went through three on the first night in the first hour thinking they were not working. Tried again today and made sure my nose was cleansed and dry. They don’t even feel sticky to touch. Useless waste of money
