Seems to help sleep through the night better as I am such a light sleeper. I don’t wake up groggy. I feel more rested when I take these. I don’t know if they have helped me lose weight but I feel less hungry and have better control over cravings.

Love this! Second time ordering! Totally worth it if you also put in the work! Make sure to follow the water intake with each pill! Also make sure to eat right and workout and this definitely helps cut pounds. It’s not magic though so make sure you put in effort too! I lost 2.5 pounds a week last time I used these along with the day kit by sculpt. So it works!

I only have been taking these a few days. They do make me alil sleepy/relaxed, but I also take sleep aids because I have insomnia. I've been taking sleep aids before trying this product and I noticed once I started taking these pills too, they disrupt my sleep pattern. I will start taking them earlier at night to see if that makes the difference.

So, here's the deal. Please dont expect some miracle to happen to you by taking this pill. Unfortunately, there is no "cheat" for losing weight. So please dont buy this if youre not willing to put in at least a little bit of work.I have been trying this on and off for a couple months now. When I first started taking it, I was able to notice some differences around my belly...but I was walking around campus (almost 5 miles a day). I was also eating like a college student typically does...not much and when I did, not healthy lol! I stopped using this a couple months ago because I stopped seeing results, but I had also stopped walking everyday (thanks COVID).I have been struggling to lose weight for a few years now because of a nasty knee injury which limits my exercise abilities. I was originally recommended this by a couple people who swore by it. I recently started taking it again as I have begun a healthier lifestyle. I have started eating healthier and have been working out every day. I take this nightly, and by doing so, I see changes (as in weight dropping) happening a lot faster than when I didn't take this. The only downside is, I think it might give me headaches throughout the day. Oh, also, a plus is that I have been sleeping better :) who doesn't love a good sleep?!So like I said in the beginning, if youre willing to put in some extra work (as easy as walking, or as hardcore as running a 5k while pulling a car) this may work for you!

I have bought this twice, using it in addition to fasting I enjoy thay its subtle and not like some other cleanses thay have you rushing to the toilet! This is a really good brand and I love their Cheat Day pills too!

I’ve been using this for a few days after spotting it at target. I have a few pounds that I just cannot shed, no matter how much time I spend at the gym or how many salads and chicken breasts I eat. Lose weight while you sleep. It’s too good to be true. All this has given me is some bad gas after taking it at bedtime, and I wake up feeling nauseous, lightheaded and with a headache.sadly, this was just money down the drain.

Makes me pee a lot in the morning but i suppose that makes sense! LOL. Used for a week and definitely feeling lighter in the morning. (I also eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly so like anything don't expect a magic pill)
