Dyson Replacement Battery for V10 Units. Part No. 969352-03

Hope it Lasts longer than the original!! purchase to replace original Dyson V10 battery that went bad very close to the one year mark… My final star ratings are for the original Dyson Battery, hopefully this one is better!

The battery will not run for more than 10 minutes on low/medium power and maybe 60 sec on high. My old four year old Dyson battery was better than this one. This ad is deceptive as it indicated "Genuine Dyson" replacement - it's not. I should've bought directly from Dyson and paid for the shipping instead of using Amazon Prime.

The battery works just as promised. Our Dyson picks up as much debris as ever. The charging time seems to be the same. This purchase saved me from having to purchase a new Dyson!One difficult point was getting the screws out and back in to replace the battery. It is very easy to strip them. A good point is that this battery comes with new screws to use while installing the new battery.

Easy install and working perfectly. I will update the review in 12-months to let you know how it holds up to daily use.

Authentic battery and works perfect!

I'm not sure if I received some elses return that accidentally ended up back on a shelf. I was under the impression that I was buying a new battery from Dyson. Instead, I received what is clearly a used battery. The label is scratched the rubber has glitter on it and the case has scratches from the cradle it was previously charged on.

Worked great!
