First off, it works as advertised, and I'm very happy with that. But the main reason for the 5 stars, is because of the wonderful customer service.I had ordered a size medium even though I was borderline large because I wanted it to fit tight. Well it was so tight that I couldn't even get it on. I contacted Esteem Apparel and was told that they would send a larger size right away no charge, and that there was no need to send back the medium.So carefully order your proper size, and be assured that it will be tight enough. I would definitely order this compression shirt again.

I was skeptical since I'd tried compression shirts before without any success.First, this is the most comfortable compression shirt I've ever worn. It felts like a tight t-shirt. Like if you were to accidently get a size down. It's noticeable but it doesn't hurt or rub at all. The material is thin in a good way making it breath well.As for appearance, this isn't going to transform you into a skinny, buff guy. But it will get rid of that prominent moobs and take about a half inch to full inch off your stomach. Finally it smooths the gap between, as someone who gets underboob sweat this was a great way to hold everything in place in a way that wasn't a big problem anymore.

The item is very good. It was tough putting on for the first time. I wish there could be some other kind of fabric added to the back, because, when you put the compression shirt on your pant will slide down.

I’ve suffered from gynecomastia since I was young. A good diet and regular exercise did help but as I get older, it’s not easy to stay on track. It sucks when you can’t wear your favorite shirt because your chest makes you feel a type of way. This tank completely restored my confidence. Not a paid advertisement. Also, buy the size shirt yourd normally wear. I wanted to get a medium and am happy I got a large instead. I wore it around the house for 8 hours yesterday (typical work day) and felt comfortable the entire time. Not suitable for sleeping.

This is a MUST BUY! While the price can look like a lot, I can say it is defiantly worth it. It holds compression all day long. After I come home and take it off, it goes back to its form and does a fantastic job keeping dry while working hard all day. Easy to wear and not itchy to the skin. The size is perfect to your typical sizing. The color has stayed a bright white and very easy to wash.

Tighter on the bottom than the upper part, which is important if your main concern is Gynecomastia. It hides the man boobs, but it can be better.

Love these shirts. I've had the same two of these for the last 3 years wearing and washing every day. Phenomenal life on them. 100% recommend, would give 6 stars if I could. I've always been larger in the chest area due to weight problems, so needless to say I've had my share of self confidence issues. These shirts have really helped with that day to day.

This is a great item! It was looser in the chest area than expected, but still tight enough to make a difference! I’m actually able to wear it comfortably for an extended period of time and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable even after a long time. It flattens where it needs to and I appreciate that. Definitely recommend!
