Super adjustable and versatile.
I've been using this thing almost every day for a year now so I wanted to go back and leave a review because of how happy I am with it. I got this to use for my laptop at work and it's been a fantastic addition. Here are my quick likes and dislikes:LIKES:*Adjustable- Between the incline of the adjustable ramp and opening my laptop wider, there's a huge range of height options. I can fully extend everything so my monitor is directly in front of my face or I can have it a little bit lower based on how high my chair is set. It really is super flexible. (I'm using a bluetooth keyboard so I don't need to type on the actual laptop keyboard)*Sturdy- Even though it's primarily plastic, the bottom legs are reinforced with metal plates and the support that holds up the adjustable ramp is metal is well. It's rock solid and my laptop doesn't move at all.*Versatile- I don't use it much but I love that this has a cell phone stand. I generally keep my phone resting on a wireless charger so it doesn't get much use but there have been a few times where I had my phone plugged into the computer and had it resting in the cell phone holder. There's a hole at the bottom of the cell phone trays (there's a cell phone holder on both sides) so you can have it plugged in while it sits in the tray. It works great and it's a cool little feature.*Foldable- I generally leave this set up on my desk at work but I have had to transport it and I love that it folds down flat and slips in my bag with my laptop.DISLIKES:*Tablet Holder- I don't have much use for this feature so I don't want to complain about the design, but I'm not in love with the little rubber stoppers that are used to hold a tablet in place. It's a simple solution and I guess they're sort of effective, I just feel like they could have come up with a more integrated design that doesn't involve removing and replacing little plugs every time you want to support a tablet. Not bad, I just think it could have been better in my opinion. That's it for dislikes. Overall, this thing is great and I couldn't be happier with it.

Not just for laptops and books!
When I got the stand delivered to me, I wasn't sure if this was going to be sturdy enough because of the build is predominately plastic. To my surprise, I was wrong. First, the legs have metal reinforcements in them. Second, the plastic is strong enough to hold my laptop and my mixer (more on that later). The first thing I did was put my work laptop on the stand. It works as advertised. One reviewer indicated that they found it was wobbly when using it, but I did not have this issue with it. The legs felt secure on the table I was using them on, but they do have to be locked into place. I also found the two arms that fold out very useful, as they can hold my tablet just fine. My phone is a Galaxy Fold 2. When unfolded, it sits in the arms just fine, but when folded, it does not (which is not a big deal to me). The arms each have a small hole in them to feed a charging cable through, which is a nice addition. The best part for me about the stand is it's ability to hold my mixer. I've owned laptop risers to the this one before, but none of them have been able to hold my mixer before. My mixer has a somewhat awkward shape, where the bottom portion (the part where the lip is holding it in place) does not sit flush against a table, it comes upwards. Because of this, other laptop stands I've used would not support it because the lips they had did not come up high enough to catch the mixer, so the mixer would slide off during use. Not so with this laptop stand - the lip is large enough to hold it in place, even when elevated at a angle. Considering the mixer I own is 5 pounds, and the stand is able to support it well even during use, I feel this stand is more than adequate for most people's uses.So I highly recommend this product. It does what it says and more, and does a great job at it!

Simple and easy to use with decent build quality
The laptop stand is pretty straightforward and easy to use. However, it does not come with a pamphlet and it may not be intuitive for everyone which can lead to broken parts if the stand or parts are forced in an unintended way. The build is almost entirely plastic so it is not the sturdiest but should do the job.The legs lock into place pretty securely and are reinforced with some metal, but the joints for the legs are all plastic and seem to be a weak point if hyperextended. Something that is nice is that you can use the stand with the legs folded down if you don't need that much height. Otherwise, you can open up the legs and lock it in place for more height. The base is all plastic but feels very sturdy so if the laptop is flat, there is no problem supporting what is placed on top. At the back of the base, there are two arms that swing out and can hold up your phone or other small devices. My iPhone 8 (with case on) can fit perfectly in the arm and it has a hole at the bottom so you can even plug in your phone while it is mounted on the arm.The support plate that can be raised and angled is a little thinner than the base plate, thus slightly less sturdy. The only thing that lifts up the support plate is the metal rod depicted in the product photos. Also, because it is only supported from the middle of the plate, the left and right edges of the plate may flex a little due to the weight of the laptop. For wider laptops, the rubber pads on the bottom of your laptop may not even be resting on the plastic support plate meaning that the laptop is direct contact with the plastic (I have a 13" 2013 MacBook Pro for reference). There are 2 red silicon pads that can be attached to the support plate to prevent sliding on the smooth plastic as well as raise the laptop off the support plate. The tab at the bottom of the support plate (prevents the laptop from sliding off the front) is somewhat thin. Over time, it could break if hyperextended or even due to the weight of the laptop, especially if you use the highest angle setting and/or if you have a heavier laptop. Also, there is only one tab in the middle of the support plate so the laptop is not the most stable. If there were two tabs (one at each bottom corner), it would feel a lot more secure.Overall, The laptop stand is made pretty well. There are a few things that could be made better but for what you are paying for, there are a lot of features that you can use to make it fit your needs.Separate from the product itself, the laptop stand was shipped only in its packaging box but it isn't packed into another box with packaging materials to prevent damage while shipping. Could be a mistake though so not sure on that.
