Quality made product. Unfortunately it was to light duty for my application.

Not the best available out there
I had this for a few weeks and found it hard to adjust. It was not much different from having a tool just hanging from a rope. This device did not provide the necessary lift after extending the cable to position the tool at a comfortable height. I ordered a PowerMaster instead and found it much more easily adjustable and provide a much smoother and longer range of lift.

Nonlinear spring action
This product would not balance the tool and had a nonlinear spring action and it acted more like a retractor on a 3lb tool. The product description says 1.6M travel but the box says 1.4M and I Measured 1.47M.
