This eye liner delivers! It is super black not to creamy it’s the perfect texture for eyeliner. Light on the eyes and stays on all day!! Does not run either. I highly recommend and this will be my new go to eyeliner! ❤️

Came open and with no top. Had to practically scratch my eyelid to get it to go on. I will not be using this product. I had ordered the brown one and loved it. Definitely going to contact Amazon about this one.
