Haven't tested out any activities, but I like the way it is set up, and have read a number of the activities in it. I can see many applications for these activities, not just with adults but potentially with children as well. Love that they aren't touchy-feely so can engage those who are resistant to such exercises.

If you already have books by Brian Cole Miller, this one is likely repetitive
I was disappointed in this book because it has many of the same activities from his other books, I was expecting different activities. The activities in this book are good, they were just repetitive for me due to having copies of other books by this same author.

Bought this book to make the office team come together and have a little more fun, while learning something from each exercise :D I completed the first one today and it went well, everyone enjoyed it and they can not wait till next week!

Quick finds great games
If you’re too busy to read the book, you can just look for the challenge at hand and go to the pages addressing this and find small team building activities to get quick results. I found two for my upcoming training session at work!
