Q: Is that a usb charger that comes with the liftware? can it be charged using one's computer?

Liftware uses a micro-USB cord as part of it's charging apparatus. For best results we recommend using the micro-USB with the included wall plug or using the micro-USB with a USB wall outlet, but Liftware can be charged with any powered USB port (though charging speed may vary when plugging into a computer).

Q: Can this be used by a 6 year old?

I am sorry I am not sure. I purchased it for my father who has Parkinson's. I am not sure of the weight of the spoon for a 6-year-old. The good thing is Amazon has an easy return policy.
