Awesome air conditioner! We live upstairs in an open layout 2 bedroom. It gets unbearably hot here in the summer and as soon as I turned this on it started cooling my 80+ degree apartment immediately. Strong air output, easy to set up.

Extremely good value for this little portable AC. I live in Washington and it doesn’t get very hot here, but during the summer we do have a couple in 90° plus days. This little unit did a great job of air conditioning my living room which is approximately 200 ft.². My only reason for giving it four stars is that it does tend to condensate quite a bit, I noticed water pooling and it’s not coming from any of the drains, simply condensation from somewhere inside the unit, I think probably the compressor. It’s not much, but if you get this unit I also recommend buying a little drip tray to go underneath it to protect your floors.

Piece of crap torn up after a few days will not even come on. I did not keep the box and it will cost so much to return it I have to just be stuck with the thing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Bought this for a camper and now our trip is ruined we would not have time to get another one and I would not want one anyway after this.

Just received this item today after making some readjustments its blowing out colder air had originally call tech due to it blowing out hot air and advised to send back, but after trouble shooting I was able to fix the issue.

So far is my second day with the unit. We set it up in the middle of the hottest time of the day. We waited a couple of hours and only cooled off 2 degrees. I can only feel the cool air if l am standing in front of it. The fan dosen't have much power. l am going to give a few days and see if OS going to work for my medium size bedroom.

Had it for almost 11 months now and it's still chugging along. The ONLY issue I had is that the lower cooling baffles have a plastic grate 2" away with only a 1/4" gap.... so I cut it off to get to them and clean off dust.

I’ve had it for a few days now. It gets cool but not $250 worth of cool. I have it for my small bedroom and the amount of air that comes out isn’t enough to cover it. It just comes out far enough for you to feel it directly in front of your face. The heat exhaust is more powerful than the cooling features! It’s very clunky and takes up space as well. Not very compact like the other ones. I should’ve spent $50 more and got an LG. It’s pretty noisy but you tune it out so that’s not an issue. Won’t return it cause it’s not worth the hassle, but I don’t recommend for people trying to cool down a room drastically. It cools but not enough for these NYC heat waves.
