Good product with lots of fiber and other beneficial things in it like probiotic bacteria. Here are the pros and cons:pros:-lots of fiber (9 g = 4 g soluble + 5 g insoluble)-one probiotic strain with 100-200 million bacteria/serving-dissolves easily into a beverage-tasteless-solid, airtight jar (will likely keep out humidity and avoid clumping)cons:-not dense which means a 10 g serving is a large volume of powder: 5 teaspoons!!!-tasteless, but does create a chalky texture in the beverage-the probiotic bacteria here are likely just label dressing and are not very effective since it's a relatively small volume for probiotics and is not in a freeze dried or protected state-- it's just a loose powder at room temperatureI will probably have to find a convenient way to work this into my diet, as 5 teaspoons is a lot of powder-- too much for one glass of iced tea. For what you get, I think it's a good deal and worth the inconvenience. I would buy it again, but I could see some people being irritated by getting fluffy powder all over the place in an attempt to stir in 5 teaspoons of fiber.

So far so good with this product. I put two scoops in a smoothie for my husband daily and it has so far kept him regular. So far the best product we have found for this condition.

i like that this has enzymes and fiber. but it doesnt exactly dissolve. its is a fine powder but you have to keep stirring so it doesnt clump at the bottom. and no matter how little you use there is a slight taste. overall not terrible because the ingredients are so good.

Is there any particular reason that mine didn’t come with the cancer warning on the label or was that a hoax or is that real

As far as service, came fast with no issues. Good company interaction delivery. As far as the product, has a slight supplement taste which is no big deal. Mixes relatively easy and for the ingredients you get I think its a great deal. I have been using this in part of intermittent fasting as I take this with BCAAs 2x during the fasting part to feel satiety and get proper nutrition and fiber.

This product is great. I've tried a few fiber supplements, many of which has some kind of aftertaste and most of which a "gritty". This is about as fine as you can get. It's thin as dust, tasteless and works great with a high protein diet! Definitely reccomend this.

Great Fiber supplement. Probably one of the best I have ever tried. Will order again.
