Great Idea!
I wish I’d known about these when I had my old washing machine. I just remodeled my closet into a laundry room next door to all of the upstairs bedrooms so I was a little worried about machine noises. These pads have been a great addition to the install—easy to install, provide stability and reduce noice as promised. They’re thick but still provide stability due to their grippy texture.

You get what you pay for this time!
Took a chance on spending $50 vs the many choices for much less. Our new whirlpool front load washer with pedestal had been a nightmare! It literally moved across the floor due to unreal vibrations. The noise was terrible. The laundry room vinyl floor is 13yrs old, never had an issue with top load washer prior to this. I was told I loaded it wrong. We finally found instructions to remove the storage drawer and by tipping it from one side to the other, set the pads in place ( first confirming the machine was level),Result: no moving on the floor, significantly less noise. Never any issues with the dryer (side by side) and the height difference does not warrant a set for it.My reason for buying front load was water and electricity savings. If not for that, I prefer my old top leader washer.I recommend this product...as for smell, no smell noted.

They definitely work as advertised.
I got them this morning and immediately installed them under my washer. The result was significantly reduced noise and far less vibration transfered to my floor and walls. Definitely worth the research and expense for these!

Good try but no cigar
Well I gave this a four overall because it did not work for me but that probably is because I used an old computer chair mat, which is hard clear shiny plastic, under the washer, to protect the new vinyl flooring I had just laid. I cleaned the plastic mat pretty well first so probably that made it so slick the rubber feet can't get a 'grab'. The washer still walks and I have to push it back every wash. It moves about two inches forward and two inches to the side. The feet on my washer are smaller than the hole in the tops of these rubber pucks, so I positioned each puck so the washer foot would only touch one side of the hole, but it didn't help. The pucks still move. I tried only using the washer on medium instead of high spin but that ony worked for a couple of washes. The rubber pucks may actually be polishing the plastic mat underneath them, macking it slicker. I would try to glue these pucks down, but I will need to move the washer when I finish my laundry room renovation so still hopeful I can resolve this some way later on, which is why I gave it a four. The floor is wood above a crawl space and vibrates a bit, so this is not a solid floor which probably exacerbates the problem. The pucks seem good quality and heavy duty, and if standing on a floor with some 'grip', should work ok so I am not saying these won't work for you. As far as installation goes, one-handed wih a heavy washer like mine it is fairly easy but hard on the back! You have to lift the washer with one hand while bent over to push the puck under the foot. I recommend having a friend slip them under while you lift the washer (or vice versa). Shipping and packing was fine. I didn't buy a second set for the dryer because of the cost, I just put some strips of wood under the dryer feet to bring it to the same height as the washer. (The dryer never has walked and still doesn't so I wasn't going to spring the extra cash for the pucks for the dryer).

Work very well on concrete floor!! No more washer scoot . Holds in place very well. Thank you!!
These are awesome! Our front load washer no longer scoots on concrete floor. Has not moved at all. Was having to push (unwillingly) washer back. Cleaned the concrete slab floor washer area a little extra prior. Was recommended to just clean with water so no soap or cleaner residue, to increase grip . Looked at several other types, no regrets!

Vibration ends machine more stable
I own a GE Profile Combo Washer / Dryer, this monster shakes more than a belly dancer and if the machine detects the shaking, it will not achieve a high speed spin. This has led to multiple loads not being completely dry and loads taking longer to complete. I ordered these anti-vibration pads, and the wobbling and shaking ended. Since installing these under the unit, cycles complete within their time period and some even take less time. Each and every load is completely dry at completion. System is quieter and running as it should. These are a godsend. Thanks for such a great product.

Weird discoloration from the rubber
So I ended up not using these and missed the return by date…. I’m kind of glad I did not use them . The rubber has turned the bag some weird neon color. I’m kind of concerned what it would have done to my floors.

It truly works
It truly works, i used it to my new 5.2 cubic samsung stackable and im impressed it truly works, it eliminate the crazy vibration and it lower down the noise during last spin. Make sure your washer and dryer is level before using.

Seemed a good quality but didn't stop the vibration
I had high hopes for these anti-vibration pads, but sadly my washing machine still vibrates like crazy on the spin cycle. If anything, these actually made the vibration worse.

Good product/build - mileage will vary
We have a first floor washing machine/dryer and my office is directly behind; the dryer vibration was bad enough to cause my desk to vibrate too.The pads are well built; I lowered the dryer legs as far down as required then balanced it then put it in place and put these under. The vibration to my desk has mostly stopped - I feel a little but not to the same degree. The dryer is about 20 years old and the facts are:1) When we first got the dryer it would make a thump thump thump noise. When I complained to the tech he said that was the flattening of the belt when off and after you turn it on for a while it will not sound like that. It was somewhat true; but I don't think the thumping ever went totally away even after a long dry cycle. I don't know if beyond Wifi connectivity they have improved dryers. Back in the 80s one issue with floppy drives was that the belt would wear out the the speed to read would be impacted - the solution was a direct drive motor - no belts. If a $1000 dryer has belts and a $2000 has no belts then I would probably aim for the $2000 just for that alone, for my case.2) They do sell affordable kits to replace various rubber parts (wheels/belts) in the dryers. But the problem is as per one review - the older you get the more "it may not be 100% equal in fit" and you maybe having issues taking off/putting on the parts. I thought about this more and being 20 years old it is not worth it and will aim to get a new dryer.Dishwasher state how quiet they are - not sure how quiet / less vibrating / you can get with a washer and dryer. There are limits. The only true solution would be two independent bases built with springs that would help isolate the vibration (no different than the bowling ball dropping on the Johnny mattress).Washing machines - the most vibration should happen during the final spin. We have a front load and it is brutally fast - but the basket is suspended in air and ... what are you going to do about it? Same thing - an independent base with springs. The review is based on the quality of the item and I thought it was well built overall and would recommend it as a way to help curb vibrations. Whether it works or not will depend on various factors - machine type (dryer v. washer), floor quality, cycles used, types of clothes in the machines etc.Hint - to move the dryer around just lift a bit and put a small piece of paper under each pad - move then take away the paper.

Works
I can’t seem to level my washing machine. It’s a top load and shakes until it stops and interrupts the load. With this product on - even though I know it’s not perfectly level - it shakes a bit but doesn’t bounce around and turn off. The products are heavier/sturdier than I expected. I suspected if again try to level out the legs heights I could get even less shaking. I think this product is worth it.

Works as the name implies
Previous pads I had disintegrated ( plastic) after a while. Tried these rubber pads on a stacked washer and dryer and there’s no more movement even on fast spin cycles.
