Q: How does the pencil work? Is the lead refillable? I cannot seem to get the led to come out.

Click with the clip. Once the pencil point is out, click again a little harder to push the lead out. Took me a few tries to get the feel of it. There is also refill lead in the cartridge. Once you figure it out it’s easy

Q: Why is the pencil not working? I did push the clip down to reveal the barrel then pushed it few more times to make the lead comeout but still nothing.

See the other answers on the pencil. Click a second time harder to push the lead out. You have to get a feel for it. Took me a while to get it.

Other than the description I see no where else that says 0.7mm .. the label.on the pen shows 0.5mm in 2 places.
