I bought this set due to numerous online reviews stating they were the more accurate than most other measuring spoons. The second I got this set in my hands it was obvious they are quality in a way no other measuring spoon set I have ever owned has been. Sturdy is the best word I can use here. The shape is great, easily fitting into various spice containers. They are also flat on the bottom so you can sit them down and they don't tip over which is very handy at times. Cons: Each handle has plastic on it, and you have to take the set off the ring to get the plastic off each one.

These are really heavy duty! These are really nicely made. Each spoon is a single, solid piece of metal with a luxurious-feeling weight to it. The square measuring spoons are nicely sized to fit into little spice jars. The tablespoon lid even fits through the opening of a plastic milk jug, which is handy when I need to mix up a large quantity of powdered milk! These are well-made, well-designed and one of those things that you'll purchase once and probably never need to replace. It's a nice, affordable upgrade in my kitchen.

Love these measuring spoons. Sturdy and dip into the product container to be measured very well.

My son asked for a nice set of measuring spoons for Christmas. I bought these after seeing the recommendation from Serious Eats. I was pretty impressed with them, but had to remind myself, they were a gift for my son. He loved them and has been very happy with them. I ended up buying a set for myself as well. Very heavy duty and I like that they can fit into my spice jars.

It seems silly to prefer one type of measuring spoon over another, but I have accumulated many and these are demonstrably better. 1) they have a flat bottom, so they sit securely on the counter without spilling - unlike many round spoons I have that are not steady. 2) they are longer and thinner so they can easily slide into a narrow or small opening, like the one found on every spice jar.

They didn't lie. It did rust. I didn't *care* about the rust. The rust didn't affect the spoons. Infact, I wish it had rusted shut like most rusty things do, because the ring kept coming unlatched and evey time I'd go to switch spoons they'd all fall off . I actually can't find my teaspoon now, which stinks because I LOVE THE SPOONS. The spoons themselves are great. They're durable, they fit comfortably in your hand, the edges are smooth, they fit in most spice containers (there was a salt container that didn't make the cut) . The corners are a chore to wipe out, but these are rectangular spoons that's to be expected. They're corners. The *spoons* are great. Buy them, but when you do, take off the ring and switch it to something else. Keyring, small ball chain, a bit of twine! Anything but what they send you.

If you want to invest in ONE set of measuring spoons, this is the set. They are accurate for baking, easy to slide into small spice jars with the rectangular shape, and super hefty yet compact in a drawer. I have no doubt they'll hold up with use.

I wasn’t sure I would like the shape of these. I’m not sure why, but I guess I’m use to seeing round measuring spoons. But these are great! Very sturdy and they have a nice weight to them. They fit in spice bottles perfectly! I would definitely recommend!!!
