Ariosto Meat Seasoning, Roasted and Grilled, 2.8 Ounce, 1 Pack

An exceptional mix of herbs and spices that enhances any roasted meat. This mix is a very popular Italian way to prepare meats before toasting or grilling.

This not-always-easy-to-find seasoning is fabulous for chicken. Eight to 24 hours before cooking, rub a cut-up or whole fryer with olive oil or canola oil. Season the bird with Ariosto (also inside the cavity if whole bird), pepper and paprika. Wrap airtight in plastic wrap or a large zip lock. Remove from fridge an hour before roasting. You will not be disappointed!!!!

It's unique, likely the juniper. Saltier than I thought it would be. I made feijoada tonight and seasoned the pork shoulder overnight with it. Turned out great. I can't wait to try it on chicken. This would be awesome on meatballs.

I love this product; have been using it for years. What I did not like was the condition I received the order. The tab on one of the containers was broken and the content of the container was all over the inside of the box.
