Edit, I returned the first one as within weeks its Velcro started giving away. I just got a new one this week and will give it another chance. This bag fits perfectly on my scooter and holds more than I expected. I can easily fit my phone, charger, keys, and a few extras without it feeling bulky. Installation was quick and secure, and it stays in place while riding. The hard shell design gives it a nice, sturdy feel too. Definitely worth it if you need extra storage.

Edit: the hiboy team was very accommodating to my situation and even went as far as reaching out to me to help resolve any issues so with that I do recommend this product just for that although it's not perfect The Love and Care is definitely there Honestly, I wanted to love this product and all hiboy products. Because I heard they make a good scooter and they do but all other accessories are half heartedly made. This is my second hiboy accessory that I bought and it's been a let down yet again. The excess on the strap is too much that if you don't finesse it right it can be unstable. The bag itself is to bulky so you have to zip it right with work otherwise it'll have a leak and it'll open and the fact that the zipper has to clash with the lights/handlebar means it'll make zipping it a problem. I'm a pack up and go guy so having to finesse the zipper constantly to the point the zipper pulleys yanked while it only had my keys is embarrassing. Please follow my lead in my buying a different bag.

Love this bag for my kids scooter! We are able to fit a drink, snack and phone in it while they are riding around! So handy!

This thing is so incredibly fun, it's ridiculous! I'm 45 years old. My best friend forced me to get on her Hiboy scooter the other day and go for a ride while she rode her son's Hiboy scooter (a different model that's just as great!) Reluctantly, I did go and after a very small struggle to keep my balance (I've never ridden a scooter before) I was scooting down the bike lane at 30 kms/hr. 🛴💨 3 days later, I had my own Hiboy e-scooter! I can't say enough good about this model. The air filled tires make for quite a smooth ride and the platform is perfectly wide enough to easily keep your balance on. The battery life is incredible! I've been riding mine for a few days now. I go out for about an hour and a half and usually only lose one bar on my battery! I weigh 160 pounds and don't go up a ton of huge hills. But I don't avoid them either and the battery is still lasting a long time! I've taken it on loose gravel and on damp roads and it handles great. I ride slow of course. I've been told it can slip easily on gravel like any two wheeled vehicle will do. If it's ridden carefully, a bit of off road seems to be no problem for it! Stick to well packed paths and it's all good. The cruise is a fun little feature! It's nice to go down a paved path and just look around instead of worrying about your speed. It seems to hold it's speed really well going down inclines without using the hand brake. There's a basic app that you can use to set the different features for the scooter, like turning off and on cruise. It will also show your speed and mileage in real time. I absolutely love my e-scooter and would highly recommend Hiboy! If you're old like me but still need to feel the wind in your hair but know you'll just wipe out and do some serious damage to yourself on a motor bike, then this scooter is for you! It's fun to feel like a kid again too!

Customer support reached out and replaced the bag for free and gave me tips on how to reinforce it, nice bag but don’t put that much weight in it. Original review: Only had a scooter lock inside, top seam broke and no longer works within a month of daily use

After only 4 days of use, and hardly used at that, the strap is broken. The bag itself seems of decent quality. It’s a hard shell storage bag that has a lot of space, and even has a mesh separator on the inside. But if it can’t even last a full week of use because the quality of straps are weak, it’s not worth the purchase. Would not recommend.
