Our golden retriever was diagnosed with heart problems at 14 months old when he was to be neutered. We started using this right away after doing some research that English cream golden retrievers are at risk of being deficient with Taurine. He didn't have much energy, so the diagnosis made sense. He started getting energy after being on this even before he saw a cardiologist. She recommended a Taurine combination supplement, which what we had been using. He got sick and we stopped using this for a week - we could see a huge difference. The breeder recommended another custom supplement, but we couldn't see that Taurine had the milligrams that the cardiologist recommended. We started using this again, and it made a huge difference. I wish we had known that our breed of dog often has a deficiency and needs Taurine. But we are so happy that we found this and that it works for our cherished service dog.

Our Charlotte is a 2-year old Purebred English Cocker Spaniel. Because English Cocker Spaniels are predisposed to DCM we have had to make sure she gets enough Taurine in her diet. Charlotte had her annual echocardiogram today and her heart is “Normal” and had her blood tested and she is in the “Normal” range of Taurine!!! Thank you, Dr. Oscar!!!🐾

I make my dog's food since she has many allergies. The Vet recommended I add a Taurine supplement to prevent heart issues. I like that these are in tablet form - I make her food ahead of time and put these in the bottom of the container. By the time I am ready to feed her, they have soaked up juice and are easily squished into her food for serving. They are supposed to be chicken flavored, but I don't know how palatable they are on their own. My dog eats anything but somewhat grudgingly ate these by themselves- which is why I now put them in her food. I appreciate that they are free of soy, gluten, and peanuts, and no artificial preservatives. And made in the USA!!!

My dog developed serious heart problems that very rapidly progressed. We had an emergency then change, addition, or increase in meds at least every two weeks. She currently takes Enalapril, Pimobendan, and Furosemide. After a day in an oxygen chamber with iv diuretics, my vet said I might have bought her another 2 months. I hope it extends her life, but even if it doesn’t, her quality is SO MUCH BETTER!! For reference, Sweet Pea is a 11 year old chiweenie. Both of her parents died young for small dogs from heart disease and I was told her problems were not diet related, but I have changed my dogs’ diets away from grain free. I have a friends whose lab did have diet related heart disease. She took her dog to a cardiologist who recommended Taurine. I wish someone would have recommended it to me, but I’m thrilled to have least found it on my own and I can’t recommend any more enthusiastically!!!Update: it’s now 6 mo since she was given maybe 2 mo to live. Her heart disease is progressing, but with medication adjustments and continuing this supplement, all in all she’s doing great. I firmly believe she would be dead by now had I not started her on this supplement.UPDATE: It’s now been over a year that my little punkin has outlived her prognosis. Her last x-rays were a month ago and her heart disease is maintaining. If anything, the vet felt like she was doing somewhat better than at her last checkup. I still firmly believe I’d have lost her long ago if I hadn’t started her on this. June 29, 2022.

Suppose to help with cardio health .My one dachshund has had heart issues for several years and is on three heart meds plus this Taurine and is 15 1/2 yrs old and still getting around fairly well so I think the Taurine is also helping .FYI:: The average lifespan is 16 so Murphy is hanging in there . My previous two made it to 17 yrs. too .Yes, Id recommend it .

This product is helping my dog so much, he breathes significantly slower with this. His other heart supplements didn't have enough taurine for his recommended daily value so I tried this supplement and it did the trick.. I wish I could say everything here but basically I wish i found this supplement for him sooner and it's made a significant difference in his life, he's much happier and breathing easefully, been using for months now and there's a clear positive difference in his health, I would highly recommend thank you! 🙏

I’ve been ordering these every month since October of last year. I haven’t had any issues until this last one. This last bottle was 1/4 broken and full of dust from the broken ones.
