Cold Pressed Cocoa Powder

This is super good quality cocoa and I love that it’s organic and clean! I put this in a jar next to my coffee for a nice little flavor boost with the extra sugar. It also makes a great cup of hot cocoa, it would work nicely in desserts and it may even be good sprinkled in oatmeal if you’re craving a little chocolate essence. Cacao has a lot of health benefits so I’ll be repurchasing this cocoa powder again, for sure!

Excellent quality cocoa powder. Quickly shipped and the package has a secure ziploc top for storage. I keep my cocoa powder in the freezer until needed in recipes as the natural oils can make it go rancid within a few months of being opened. Perfect for brownies, cakes and adding to smoothies. I added this to my Red Velvet cake and the flavor was amazing. Not strong, artificial cocoa taste, but clean medium flavor. I found I didn't need to sift this, after all, when I added it to the RV cake batter as there were NO lumps. Very finely milled. Will repurchase.

I’ve used Wild Cocoa daily for two years. This is a great tasting, well priced, and nicely packed product. The resealable zip lock type packaging doesn’t rip apart like so many others out there. I’ve tried several brands and this really is my favorite. I do wish they offered info on the polyphenol levels and the hard metals. Since this isn’t readily available, I’m guessing that this is not on par with the products that really tout those qualities. I have had my hard metals tested the past two years though, and all seems normal. So I highly recommend this product.

I want to make some hot chocolate but keep it low calorie. This powder is not sweet at all and I guess calorie wise it is fine. But there’s always undissolved powder at the bottom of my cup….

Pretty Good I enjoyed drinking with Coffee it doesn't have any sweetening what so ever , but you can taste the pure coco effects if you drink with honey or a sweetener like spender.

This is a cocoa product NOT “Dutch Processed” (treated with alkali) which treatment removes up to 60% (and maybe more) of the valuable bioflavonoids, particularly the polyphenols and anti-oxidants contained and preserved by natural processes such as fermentation. As such, it is outstanding in flavor and food value. I cannot rate this highly enough——we’re I able to rate it with TEN stars, I would do so without reservation. The only potential negatives (not established or stated on the packaging) might be thé presence of lead, cadmium or other harmful metals that might be present due to machine processing. Unknowns exist everywhere…. I have been asked about this through Amazon by other customers and have had to reply that if that Issa major concern for them that they should write to the company to express it and to consider taking some n-acetyl cysteine to counter any potentially harmful effects they are concerned about. That’s what I do.

Found this as a suggestion for a recipe from Pinterest, so I thought why not try it, glad I did , this cocoa powder makes my baked goods taste so chocolately, the flavor is amazing once you use it Hersheys cocoa powder and other brands just don’t have that deep chocolate flavor, I only use this for my baking it’s worth it, never thought I could tell a difference between cocoa powder, I am glad I found this , When you open the package you’ll notice the aroma is more chocolaty, it’s very fine texture so it blends and mixes easily, and when you compare the cost of other brands and products that are processed Wild Cocoa Powder has no artificial ingredients all organic and no harsh chemical processing which is probably why it has the deeper flavor
