24v 24 Volt 500w Motor Brush Speed Controller for Electric Bike Bicycle Scooter

Ordered 3 for modding power wheels and working perfectly so far. I have a stock setup and noticed that things are running a bit hot on 24v, so i wired the motors in series to split the voltage back to 12. Still much more powerful than stock, plus allowed me to use a variable speed twist throttle. Rewired the stock pedal to the brake on the controller

Good product that does the job it was intended to do and has lots of additional features with no information on how and where to use them. Only drawing of the unit and interfaces is on the side of the unit and all in Chinese. Selling in the U.S. market screams for a good diagram of the ins and outs, and put them in English. The seller should show the connection scheme and what and how to connect to it. They don't tell you the information you need to do it right the first time, but they tell you to be careful not to make an error in connection or you may burn the unit up. A savvy techie will be careful but a user of an end product may not understand and smoke it good.

Well made controller. Dont let that little 24v fool you this controller handles 60v plus with zero problems. Only one I buy for this particular kind of build.

7/4/16 Update After 2 weeks of using it in my EVG eBike, it now doesn't work. The motor stays constantly on and will not respond to the on/off switch to my throttle. I installed my old throttle and the same thing occurred. So it no longer regulates power like it should. I wrote them for a replacement and I am awaiting their response. Shipped securely all the way from China. I used this to replace the bad controller on my EVG 24v ebike. Power lead, throttle lead, brake sensor lead, and brake light lead all hooked up and all works flawlessly.

There are no instructions or schmatic in english. But even after i put it in, it don't work???!!

I purchased this in March 2014. While wiring the controller a label on it was misplaced. I called customer service and asked for a replacement. They where prompt and fast at replacing it. I have now owned the new one for 4 months. It is excellent. It is currently being used on an xtreme 360 24v 500W 65 tooth scooter. The torque and speed is excellent. Thank you Fred at customer service for all your help. My child now loves his scooter... :)

Works as described - all labels in Chinese!

Ich bin mit dem Gerät voll zufrieden. Die Beschriftung der Stecker ist nicht ganz optimal. Ich kann das Gerät nur weiter empfählen.

Guter Scooter Controller! Sogar mit Kabel belegungs Plan. Das vereinfacht das Anschließen extrem. Würde ich für den Preis wieder Kaufen.
