UPDATE 11/28/2024I've been taking this supplement for over 6 months and less scalp shows through my part. My fingernails don't bend when I trim them; they clip off as they should. I think this is a great product for my needs. I would also note that I've been vegetarian, and trending towards vegan, for years.
