Exactly what I wanted

I originally bought this when I was in Perú. We brought several back but we go through one each month because it's so good! We put it alongside any rice or potato dish after the food has been cooked; much like sriracha mayo for some people. The flavor is excellent and I would say that it's moderate in its spicy-ness. But, everyone's tolerance is different.

Excellent taste!!!! Tastes great with everything but i love to eat it with steaks, potatoes, at times as a salad dressing!! The best!!
