The shipping was fast! I open it and there was a red gift bag. It's like I got gift from someone and it was really cute they did that! They wrote a nice note about their business and how they thank me for buying they product and if I have any questions to e-mail them. I really thought this was nice because you can see they enjoy their job. The lipstick is light but I love this color! I already have this brand but my friend got it for me at the mall. This lip gloss is better than the one I have. It applies smoothly and looks great! This is my go to. I love knowing it was $14! I'm buying this again. Great people and product!
