This product is amazing it's able to adjust to the perfect size needed if you lose or gain weight. The velcro is very strong and the belt is very durable and well made. It's really nice to be able to adjust it multiple ways for a snug and comfortable fit. It functions very well while as advertised. It definitely helps you to sweat by raising body temperature. Also it does seem to be able to machine wash and the stitching is very well done. Great product and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for such a product. I honestly have three other waist training belts and this one is definitely a keeper.

Works so well! I am 1 month postpartum & unfortunately lost my baby. Having to deal with postpartum & the insecurities of my body changes while not even having my sweet baby, it has been extremely hard to feel okay at all.. As much as nothing will ever help me get through losing my baby girl, this item has helped me gain some confidence in myself back that has been very needed. Self care is extremely important & I recommend this product to help out!

I love it!! I bought 2 of these for myself. I wasn’t 100% sure which size to get. I was going off reviews. I did get a medium the first time. It barely fit. But the way it felt I knew I wanted to give it a chance so I purchased a Large. It was perfect. I am 186lbs & 4’11, I am on a fitness journey so i’ve been using while working out. Def had the ability to keep getting smaller while using and being comfortable. The large is compressed feeling right now and comfortable enough to wear for hours and being able to breathe as you should. The medium I can’t wait to use even though I can put it on it’s one of those things you feel like you can breathe cause it’ll come off lol .. so I’m keeping it to the side for now until I slim down, I can’t wait to comfortably wear it. My mom saw mine and wanted one as well so I got her one too. We both love them. I can’t wait to use this on my fitness journey.

There are lots of waist trainers out there with those annoying hook loops and only work for how much you can suck it in to strap it. This one however, you can strap it around you and the secondary straps are the magic straps. Once those are adjusted you feel like it's actually working where you want it. You can work out in it or wear it to do chores around the house. The material is great and washable on the gentle cycle. I bought one for myself and my daughter.

I’m impressed with the quality of this Velcro waist trainer. The material is breathable and firm enough to offer good support. The Velcro enclosure is strong and adjustable so I can customize the fit depending on how much compression I want. It also stays in place without rolling down or slipping. I recommend this waist trainer if you’re looking for comfort and a good value

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chise based on reviews. But my opinion it is Uncomfortable. Runs small. And not able to wear long

Initial thoughts out of the package. While it had the neoprene smell, (to be expected) it wasn't overly strong or lingering, and didn't trigger a migraine for me. The Velcro is strong and and the two additional adjusters have a great range to find tune the sizing. It hasn't rolled on me when I bend which is great, and is not irritating my skin. They stays in the back are not digging into me, but not bendy enough to compromise support. Rather impressed so far.

The wrapping functionality is a little… how do I say it… I think that they should split the 2 wrapping bands into 4, or at least sell an alternative that has 4, because the 2 create folding issues as well as cause the training of the waist to occur in one area at once. There is no zipper, but it’s actually pretty great without it, seeing as you control the tightness and it uses Velcro. There wasn’t a smell when I received my product and there’s no skin irritation (I have sensitive skin and wear it skin to skin all the time). Don’t size up, it’s a waist trainer y’all, for the first couple of times, it’ll be uncomfortable for you, you just have to adjust to the waist trainer and vice versa. Lastly, the sturdiness of the waist trainer can be questioned but for the price you’re paying, it’s amazing. The boning stays a lot better than some $40 waist trainers I’ve had, but once you get deeper into your sets/run they begin to fold under the pressure a bit.
