This is excellent for my back. I ordered a second one for my friend because she also has back problems. It is amazing how well it helps my back pain. One day I was working in the yard and I had forgotten to put it on and so my back was hurting pretty badly. I put it on after I had been working in the yard and it actually helped my back feel better! Obviously you're supposed to put it on before you start work but it does help if you forget. It is very sturdy and a very good value for your money. I bought a size large and it's flexible so you can tighten it or loosen it as needed. It took me a minute or two to figure out how to put it on because it has extra straps on the side of it that help you tighten it or loosen it but that's it otherwise it's easy to do. The material is fine and I found the whole thing very comfortable and it works!

Wanted to like it, and I did to a point. I like that the depth was a little wider than some other brands as I have issues in areas higher than other brands cover. Don't know if the triangular disc was helpful or not as I didn't wear it long enough. The issue I had was the Velcro was too strong. Know that might not sound like an issue to most folk but my severely arthritic hands/fingers had to struggle way too much to remove or to just adjust tension. Velcro on other brace I have is far less grippy, provides sufficient support and is way easier to remove/adjust. Sadly had to return but believe it is a good brace overall otherwise.

This is hands down one of the best back support braces I've ever used! It nit only has the obe layer of support, it also has the extra snug support that you can use on top of that! It doesn't come loose even after bending or sing alot of movement. Im a female with a tummy and it was very comfortable. I purchased the lg/xl and the fit was great! Not too tight, and not too loose. Actually I feel like that size could even fit the smallest frame. I will say that if your stomach is larger than a 40 inch, you might want to consider going up a sz. It is adjustable. I wore it all night doing my stocking job and was very comfortable. I was surprised considering how snug I had it. Im actually thinking of buying another to have in the distant future. I would highly suggest to get a brace that has double closure as this one does. It stay in place and isn't hot. Very easy to put on. Look no further if you're in search of a great back brace/support!

This provided immediate relief and support. I said "Ahhh" the moment I put it on. The two sets of straps (one set to put it on, and another elastic set to cinch it up tighter) is a brilliant design. I actually took off work today because my lower back was hurting so badly, and this is just the ticket - will wear tomorrow as well. Very well made. I do wish the lumbar pad was a bit thicker and slightly convex instead of flat. The blue bars in the picture are just to show you that bars are there I guess, there aren't any blue bars on the actual product, mine is all black.Thank you to Amazon for getting products like this to a customer so quickly rather than them having to drive all over town in pain to find something that looks like it might work and is the right size. I can highly recommend this product to those experiencing lower back pain.Don't go off your pant size, measure where it is supposed to go particularly if you have a bit of a belly as I do. Can't go wrong with one size up if you're close to the limit, it's very adjustable. Better to have extra than not enough. An excellent purchase and a bargain for the quality of the item.

I purchased this back brace for my brother he is definitely in love ❤️ as it really supports his back. He had 5 surgeries on his back. The price is very reasonable and very reliable!! It keeps you back in a relaxed mood as you walk, exercise, ride on your lawn mower, barbecuing as you stand on your feet, YOU GET FULL BACK SUPPORT!! You don't have to pay alot of money to get relieve! Stop paying a lot of money with insurance and not be satisfied!! Try this back brace- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! What do you have to lose? This back brace helped my back immensely when working around the house. My weight is 235 and I am 5’1. It’s a little big, however I can tighten it and it works. I did remove the triangular removable piece on the back and it is comfortable now. I had to get used to wearing it. I am retired, hubby and I are unpacking boxes and If I am not wearing the brace I can definitely feel the difference. Good brace for the money.
