Great primer for TPO roof. No to their rubber caulk
Excellent primer. TPO RV roofs are difficult to get any sealant to stick. This assures we get the best possible coverage and application to prep for caulking. However, the manufacturer rubber caulk tube sealant lays beautiful and thick… their own brand caulking will STILL NOT STICK, even after deep cleaning and primed. I would seal with rec pro caulking self leveling and non sag on rolled areas.

Easy to use
Follow the directions and give it time to set up and it works great!! Easy to apply with cheap paint brush - I didn’t use a roller so can’t say but should be easy enough. I’m using it for a pond liner so long term use I don’t know yet be but adhesion seems good and recommend following the cure time

Good product
Used in conjunction with the tape and rubber coating to fix the roof of my camper. Once it is on do not try to walk on it as it is extremely sticky.

EASY to apply with brush or roller
06/06/26' Brushed on first coat with a 4 inch wide fine bristle paint brush on a 70° day in complete Shade. My EPDM roof is only 8' wide X 18' long with several roof top obstructions. The Liquid Rubber Primer spreads easily. I allowed 48 hours dry time as the temperature fluctuated. Used a roller to apply a second THICKER Coat. Primer remains sticky even after 72 hours. I am Extremely Satisfied with the ease of this L.R. brand primer. BE SURE to use a LONG stir stick to scrape bottom of tub when stirring the primer.

Great primer
I recommend the primer, many skip this step but it’s important if you want that product to stick as it’s intended.

Very disappointed 😞
Went on easy, but it is already peeling up. Very disappointed. I do not know if it is from this or the lap sealant of the same brand but I have a horrendous leak now that has caused tremendous damage.

Very, very sticky and adhesive primer. Difficult to work with him but doing job good.
This primer is very strong and sticky. It does its job, but even when it dries you won't be able to walk on it on the roof of your RV or you'll get stuck with your shoes. Even after 3 days, it is still sticky. So, if you want to paint your roof with liquid rubber afterwards, you have to wet your shoe soles to get a step at all. It is best to walk on the freshly laid liquid gum and follow from the beginning of the roof to the end. Otherwise, you tear the membrane off the camper's roof, trying to tear your shoes off the camper's roof.

Great product
I bought this for my camper renovation. With a few help from online tutorials, install went without hiccup. I have also bought the brand’s paint and application was manageable. Will review it’s durability after some time. Great product!
