So far these are great and work just as expected. My child goes to a preschool that is totally outdoors and they are a magnet to any type of water. They’ve come home dry all week despite splashing around in the creek so that’s a win! I like that there is a strap to bundle them up, makes transporting and fitting into a backpack easier than some other options we’ve tried.

Looking for waders to arrive next day that weren't expensive for my 10 year old son and these exceeded expectations! Packaging was great and arrived nicely folded in a large shoe looking box, had a patch/glue and the quality of the waders is excellent. Thick and really nicely made. Buckles all easily adjustable and you can't beat the price. I did order a size up and they will be ones he can continue to grow into. Boots say size 7 but as he wears a 4 sneaker, he was comfortable in them for surf fishing. They were very long but I did order a size up and they were also fine for him to wear all day, even though they were baggy around the thighs/knees. Great pair-really happy to pass the review on. Buy them!

We bought three of these waders in three different sizes for my kids and they’ve held up well for the over three and a half years we’ve had them! We’ve not experienced any rips or leaks. My kids wear them sporadically throughout the year and they’ve gotten a good bit of use over the years but still function like new. As you can see in the video, they even crawl around rocky creek surfaces in them and we haven’t had any holes yet. The shoulder straps are adjustable so there’s plenty of room to grow into them. It’s nice that as the kids get older they can just wear the next size up that their older sibling has used and grown out of and we really just need to buy one new pair every couple of years. They do come with some patches but we’ve not had to use them yet. Be careful if you store them in the garage or outdoor space. My little son once had his on for a little while and started complaining of pain on his leg. We took them off and found a cocoon in his wader and I learned then that the fibers the caterpillar makes its cocoon out of can really irritate the skin and it caused a little painful rash. We started storing them in the basement rather than the garage after that. I would totally recommend these waders! They’ve saved me so much work of having to treat mud stains on clothes over the years. They were totally worth the money spent!

The product looks good and like it will work for it’s intended purpose but I have yet to try it out in water. The one thing I did not like was the overwhelming smell of toxic rubber and plastic. Hopefully that will fade over time. This review is mainly about sizing to help others. I bought the size 10/11 for my 8 yr old son because he is growing quickly. He is 4’5” tall and wears a kids shoe size 4. Everything fits with plenty of room to grow but not so big that he can’t walk in it. So I tried it on and it just about fit me. I am 5’4”, 130lbs size 6 and wear a ladies shoe size 7.5. It was snug at the hips and the straps wouldn’t extend to fit anyone taller than me but I could wear it. I even had thick socks and my feet fit perfectly. A size 12/13 will probably be the right size for me. The picture is me wearing the waders (not my son).

I wanted some waders to help keep my dry as I worked in our pond over the summer, but I was discouraged by how expensive most wader brands were and also the limited sizing options available. I had the thought to check and see if there were any kid's waders on amazon that I might be able to fit into, and I'm so glad I did because these worked out perfectly, were just as high quality as I would expect from other wader brands, and for a fraction of the price. For reference, I am 4' 10" and I believe I bought the 10/11 size- they were just ever so slightly short on me, so I would recommend going a size up if anyone else is in the same situation I was, but it was a minor issue and they were totally sufficient for my purposes otherwise.

Even following sizes and measurement it came a bit bigger than would imagine specially after taking time to measure. Not too much bigger but that’s ok as it still functional and allows my kid to grow with it at least one more year. Stayed dry with water to above waist, of course holding my hand for safety but allowing him to be introduced to this new experience of fly fishing ,

This is the third pair we have purchased of these as my son has outgrown the two previous ones. They run big, both the shoe size and the pant part, so we got a couple of years‘ wear out of each pair. the top part is still quite roomy and the straps long (we cris-crossed the shoulder straps to keep them from sliding off and adjusted the waist belt and made it work) They hold up really well despite our son hiking and rock-scrambling in these, never had a leak or a faulty seam.

Great gift for my nephew and he was able to wear them for 2 years before outgrowing them. We beaver trap so that’s what his are used for.
