So far I'm really happy with my CLA supplement. It comes in the form of clear individual capsules. My tummy is remaining flat and I've noticed that my arms and legs are getting more muscular... which is something that I'm aiming for. Along with this supplement I have still been drinking alcohol.. some beer but I've been eating fairly healthy with mostly vegetables and lean meats. I also do cardio 3x a week. I am staying lean and keep getting compliments since I took this pill, so it must be working. It's that extra inch if looking for... subtle,, but worth it. I feel no different physically while I'm on it, I have great energy... feel good.

The capsules don’t have a taste or odor which is really great because my stomach turns when supplements have distinctive smells.As for the effectiveness of this specific CLA I can’t speak entirely on. I began lifting heavy again last week after taking a year off (aka I wanted to just eat whatever and was too lazy to go to the gym) and incorporated these in. Typically I can lose body fat pretty quickly (about 5lbs of fat + water weight) weekly and this time a round I’ve lost 7 pounds, so perhaps the CLA’s are assisting.CLA’s are great when lifting in general and I’m excited to see where this specific brand falls in terms of effectiveness.I’ll update once I’ve finished the package on results, pros, cons, etc.

Grabbed these CLA pills to work into my regimen.These are sunflower oil derived so they travel without being refrigerated. Come in a handy resealable pack that blocks light.Not much flavor to them, slightly reminiscent of sunflower seeds, but clear gel pill so not really a chance to taste much.Easy to take. Take 2 up to 3x a day, 100 pills in the bag.Bought these to bump up the cla intake, and have a different form and easy to travel bag that wasn't grass fed beef to give it a go.First week I was down 3lbs, we'll see how that goes over the course of the bag. I was only taking 2x in the morning to go with the teas supplement for dinner energy, which I definitely noticed a boost in.I'm satisfied these will do the trick in my supplementation regimen, as you can't always eat grass fed beef but you can always take these with you to supplement yourself and with towards burning fat with CLA.

I've been taking the CLA Safflower Oil softgels for a about a week now, and so far so good. The pills are totally flavorless and the softgels make them easy to swallow. I have had only a positive response to the pills. I've noticed an increase in energy and some suppressed appetite. I'm feeling really good about these pills being an aid in my weight loss. I have been wanting to increase my lean muscle mass and feel like this is a good option to support my goals. They are a great price for what you are getting as well (100 pills!).

After taking this product for quite some time, I can honestly say that I feel a difference, in that my energy levels have spiked. Like other CLA brands that I have taken before, there's usually some aftertaste from the gels dissolving in my innards. But there's nothing disgusting about these. They actually have a unique flowery taste.Good thing to note, these pills are NON-GMO, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, and Soy Free.

I got this for my memory and because I was feeling foggy, and I will say I feel a difference. My family has issues with Dementia so I heard that taking this can help with protecting yourself in prevention.
