Worked great for my shimano setup. I shortened the cable length and this helped me redo the connection

Taking Shimano's lunch money
These are every bit as good if not better than Shimano OEM parts. They are also way cheaper. I just went through my first bag of them and now I'm ordering a second one. They fit snug and the olive is very sturdy, even after tightening to spec, you can loosen it and reuse it again no problems. Keeps great pressure in the brake system.

Needed these to shorten my brake lines.
Worked perfect for my mtb. Needed to shorten the front brake line. This kit allowed me to quickly make the hose fit the bike much closer. No leaks. Be sure to use a tool to install the barb.
