Wow
Long time high blood pressure here. No matter how hard I tried, how fit I got, how well I ate my blood pressure has been high for decades. A week after taking this with blood pressure is the lowest it has ever been. I plan on time my doctor about stopping my blood pressure medicine. It’s absolutely incredible.

Prefer over capsules
I really prefer these tablets over the capsules. They are cheaper per dose and the dose at 1350 mg is a little higher. Unfortunately I notice that now they are no longer carrying the tablets.

Choke hazzard
The pills are hard too swallow. I have never had problems swallowing pills before. These got stuck in my throat more than once. STAY AWAY!!!

Good fiber, needs glossy finish, hard to swallow, sticks where you lay it on your tongue or throat, wife and I both gagged first pill!
