Good quality a better size as I take 2 a day. I will buy again.

I love it as a part of my daily schedule and really do recommend them, but it does give me some fish burps sometimes that are definitely due to the fish oil. a great value.

I only need to take one capsule instead of two.

I take 1000 mg of fish oil every day for the last 12 years. It has helped lower my blood pressure and I do not take blood pressure medication even though at one time it was recommended now my blood pressure seems to be fine, but I have been taking it for over 12 years daily.
