Pelikan Premium M400 Fountain Pen F Plume Ecaille de tortue/Ivoire

Well packaged & delivered 6 days earlier. I recommend this seller for US customers. The pen...smaller than I thought it would be, but a smooth & effortless writer (as excepted from a Pelikan).

This is a beautiful pen, and it arrived in new condition, with no issues whatsoever.

I like the beauty as well as smooth writing.When it is in your hand, it is a precious ornament.This is not a cheap pen, it is Pelican.

Pelikan is one of my favorite fountain pen companies. Their pens consistently provide amazing, quality writers with a classy look. I own a couple of M800's, a couple M600's, M100, M200.I have been looking for the Tortoise pen and saw this one. M600 and M800 are simlar in size. The M400 is more similar in size to the M200 and M100. It's a small pen.It still writes beautifully and is amazingly made. It's just I prefer a longer and larger pen.Still keeping it in my collection thought. She's an absolute beauty!

I was so happy to find this pen on Amazon! It replaces one just like it that I lost years ago. Like my other Pelikan pens, the ink flowed perfectly the first time I started to write. I love the piston system Pelikan pens use to draw ink into the pen. In my opinion, it is much better than cartridges or converters.

This pen was clearly used. It may not have been inked before but it was obvious that the packaging had been reused from other pens, the pen wasn’t even placed underneath the elastic straps in the box. It was not wrapped - even in plastic, and it certainly didn’t come with the Pelikan sleeve.

When you buy a brand new Pelikan Souveran, you probably expect a nice leather pouch and gift case. Mine only arrived in a flimsy cardboard presentation, which really kills the collector's resale value. You should ask a specific seller what you're getting before ordering.
