I love this lip balm because the ingredients are 100% natural. That is especially important to me with lip balm or lip stick because you do end up swallowing a lot of the product. So many other lip balms on the market are petroleum based, and have dyes and chemicals. I ordered some extra Burts Bees lip balms to put in my emergency evacuation Go Bag. If you rub some of the bees wax-based lip balm on a piece of gauze, then you have an instant fire starter.

The original and still the best! I use this exclusively as it won’t dry out my lips like Chap….er, the other major competitor’s product. Has a very slight minty flavor/scent but not overpowering. I’m not a fan of peppermint but this one is quite mild and doesn’t bother me so there’s that. The are other Burt’s Bees lip balm flavors but not all off them are predominantly beeswax like the original, so be mindful of that if important to you.
