Replacement for Serious Readers Eliot
I know it's just a bulb, but I needed a replacement bulb for a Serious Readers Eliot floorstand lamp. You cannot find the spec for the lamp from the info they supply, so I called them to see if they could sell me one as their website didnt seem to offer spares. They said they no longer did spares and offered me a big discount on a new lamp - I just needed a £6 bulb, not another £300 lamp, even with a 50% discount. So, the bulb you need is an MR11 with GU4 connection / fitting - one of these. The lamp was designed for halogen not LED, and I couldnt find an LED with a good quality of light (best was CRI 90%) so had to go with halogen. It fits and seems to be a direct replacement for the 15156A bulb specified for the lamp.

Ensure you order the correct bulb
Throughly check that you are ordering the correct replacement bulb as there are many that look the same but aren’t. Good bulb for the price.
