Easy and Yummy
Not the same as real pizza dough, but for AIP options this is one of the better things I have purchased. Making my own AIP dough takes so much time and so many ingredients and rarely turns out. This made two pizzas so at the end that is about right in price. Two meals from it. Easy - just mix water and oil. This was one of the last things on AIP Amazon I tried due to price but I will order regularly now that I see the ease, value, and taste. I made an AIP pesto, cooked ground turkey, squash, red onion, and asparagus, and topped it. What I really liked is I gave the second pizza to my husband and even he enjoyed it which is good because he doesn't much care for my new AIP diet. I made his a little different with cheese. Very pleased I found one yummy thing on the diet we can both eat.

Yummy and safe for my sensitive body
This is not like any pizza crust you've had, but if you miss bread and pizza, this will work. I've eaten plain as a flatbread or topped it will oil, onions, mushrooms, spinach, herbs and goat cheese for a pizza-like snack.

Pretty good!
I was really happy to use this because I want to have pizza. I had to go grain-free due to autoimmune.. There is one other grain free pizza but it didn't hold and I didn't like it. This did hold its shape but, in my opinion, it seems like tigernut flour is a little on the sweet side. I was thinking this might be even better suited for me to make a calzone. I'm currently following a strict phase of a mold protocol and it calls for me to not having tigernut flour for right now. Eventually, once I'm able to bring it back I will stick with this friend because I believe that a diet that leans not too heavily on grain is the healthiest. Unless sprouted.

Not good at all
I always try to use gluten free products so I was excited to try this pizza crust. It was awful...no tast and it was like eating cardboard.Sorry to say it was a waste of time and money.

Flavor, flavor, flavor
I follow AIP and it’s not easy to find tasty AIP complaint goodies. We made 2 personal size pizzas with one batch. It tastes very good. It’s got a tad of sweetness to it. My husband said the small reminds him of empanadas while they were in the oven. They came out a little chewy in the middle but it was good for us. We don’t mind.
