I have had this for years, the padding does not thin out over time either.. super nice and durable. I use for many different movements and it feels great / protects what it needs to! The Velcro sticks for years and does the trick!

This pad is so comfy for use during squats, especially if you have issues laying a bar across your back when doing squats like myself. The split Velcro is good to use for quick transitions during set up for different types of exercises. With the center divit and small bar opening, this pad does not roll around like my smaller pad likes to do. Thick and comfortable, for the price this is well made and way more than I expected, the fact that you can close it tightly and it doesn’t move when you use the bar bell is such a relieve A lot of them don’t stay put but this is just perfect and helps me squat in peace without pain around the shoulder

I like the comfort this pad adds to my workout whether it is used on the Smith Machine or on the ground as a neck support. I love the fact that I don’t have to share the one that’s passed around the gym from member to member…ewww. I wish there was a way to remove the cover to wash it if and when it gets dirty, but it’s not removable. It’s cool though 👌🏾

I bought this barbell pad specifically for hip thrusts on the smith machine. The velcro stays in place and the pad fit the bar nicely. It was easy enough to rotate around the bar so I could line it up nicely. The padding itself adequately supported the bar and alleviated the pressure while doing the hip thrusts.

I'm able to hip thrust heavier now without any discomfort. Like to use it to squat too

The squat pad is comfortable when using during squats it has the right amount of soft and firmness. I have also used this on a smith machine for calve raises and on a barbell for pelvic thrust glute workouts. It has exceeded my expectations for the price.

If your hip bones stick out during a hip thrust this works very nicely in lessening any pain. The Velcro is strong so it doesn’t budge. It can also be useful doing deadlifts close to your body so you’re not hurting your calves with the bar.
