VERY GOOD FOR SENIOR WOMEN
I had it out of the box and I cut the box down and put the pieces in the bin and it took me about 45 mins. I have been wanting one of this rolling ladders because it's harder for me to climb up and down to put my ac filters, put up curtains, and do anything that is require regarding a ladder. I am 73 young women and I still do all the work around the house. The ladder weights maybe about 40 lbs. I took it out of the box and roll it to the spot I had for. Ladies don't be afraid to try this rolling ladder, it's safer then getting on a regular one and it does not shake. I t was packed and delivered in GREAT SHAPE.

Well made, just what I needed. One wheel was badly bent on arrival even though packaging showed no damage. I don't have to move it much so no big deal for me but it appears it left the factory in that condition. Other than that I'm pleased.

Not very good.
Item arrived in heavily damaged box and item has surface wear now. It only locks on one side so it wobbles around everywhere. Is crooked either from damage shipping or just poor manufacturing. If you need something at the house itll work, but if you need this for a warehouse or any kind of shipping/logistics it's just a waste of $300 and a liability.
