I Purchased this bike for my son.... not long after the bikes break locked the whole bike. we took it to5 different shops all said the bike was defected and couldn't fix. we contacted the seller MULtiple times VIA amazon, anchor, and the tried to call the number he has listed which isn't a real number):. We are stuck with a almost 400 dollar bike that doesn't work and no one to fix the problem. if you are planning on buying electric bike buy it from a seller you can actually deal with.
