Adds authentic flavor
You wouldn’t expect something that tastes like this does to add a good note to your dish, but it surely does. It’s that Chinese restaurant flavor you were missing. I was surprised, and delighted.

High Quality
Very good wine for all Asian's dishes thats calls for it's use. I made Yu Xaing Rou Si (Pork with Garlic Sauce) and marinating the pork in just the Shaoxing Wine and white pepper gave the pork such a delicious flavor and complemented the whole dish overall! This is my second purchase and will continue to buy!. Oh, it arrives so well package, I kept the box!
