the insoles have the right amount of softness to cushion my feet heels and metatarsal, it helps to minimize the pain on my feet. the insoles are wide, it will not fit in narrow shoes (unless you do a lot of trimming). I have no problem because I am using them on my diabetic wide shoes. I am also using them on two pairs of canvas sneakers which have flat bottoms with no arch support, I can have casual walks of 2 to 3 miles with no problems.

Sustained severe stress fractures while in service, VA podiatric referral recommended these. Best money you ever spend will spend. I will return for years. These feel tight for a couple days, while they set in, but then they are perfect. Definitely recommend for ANY foot pain. Not very supportive, as they are tempur-like material. Very comfortable in street shoes or dress shoes.

I like these so far, they seem very well made. I just haven’t had them long enough to know if they make a difference

I noticed an instant cessation of pain. Such a pleasure to finally get relief on the bottom of my flat feet. However, my pediatrist also warned me that these should be replaced every 3 or 4mo to enjoy the full benefit. Great product and I will happily buy more.

My podiatrist gave them a "Thumbs-up," so I reckon there good and relatively inexpensive!
