Miller Electric - Multitask Gloves - L (263354)

These are fantastic! For anyone who is looking for a gift to someone who welds or is just looking for a great pair of gloves, these are a must! My husband loves them. He uses them for MIG and TIG welding. They fit perfect and still allow for the dexterity he needs while keeping his hands protected. The welding is for his absolute love....his 69 Camaro. So there are many things he is fabricating himself. We went through a few pairs of gloves that were either too big or they didn't allow for dexterity. Inevitably, he melted or burned through them. After reading the reviews on these, I thought it couldn't hurt to try them out and made the purchase as a Christmas gift to him. He likes these so much, I might have to purchase a couple more just for backup. I have tried multiple other TIG and MIG gloves for TIG welding like Revco T50's and I thought those were great, but they didnt last long. However, I put these Miller gloves on and they are WONDERFUL. They are thick, but have VERY good dexterity. They feel like pillows on your hands that you can weld with, lol. I dont know how long they will last, but I just got this pair, and I am ordering another set right now.

A bit expensive, but extremely comfortable. They are a little thicker than most TIG gloves I have tried. Definitely Miller quality.

Good dexterity. They are insulated on the inside, makes them comfortable. It does not get as hot as other tig gloves. I weld stainless steel all day, these are great. I would recommend you get them a size larger than normal because of the insulation.

Love these gloves. Thick where you need it, flexible where it should be and you still have very good dexterity. They don’t shrink nearly as much as Tillman gloves do when exposed to heat. Both kinds of leather on the gloves are very high quality.

I just got these in the mail, the material is really good quality, perfect fit on my hand.

After a week of use, I noticed two things: the wrist is entirely too tight and it's a chore to get them on and off at times, especially in a hot shop when sweat can make them a bit too hot to wear, and they're entirely too bulky for pipe welding, especially if you work in tight areas like on submarines. However, they are very comfortable for structural work in open areas or if you're on a table.I recommend the Black Stallion TIGSTER8482 for pipe as they have much better ventilation and are slightly thinner but still pack the same protection these do.
